What is the difference between a partial or full highlight/balayage?
A partial highlight only includes the front perimeter of the face and mohawk. A full highlight would include the entire head. A full balayage saturates the ends of the hair excluding the roots giving you a more natural highlight.❤
How long does a color glaze last?
A color glaze is similar to a single-process color but with demi-permanent hair color for all of our clients that change their hair often! ❤ Wanna throw a more ashy brown over your warm brown hair? Want to go a little darker for the fall but go back blonde eventually? This is a perfect option! Lasts 2-4 weeks!
How often do I need to come back?
Depending on the color service we recommend coming in whenever you feel necessary! The stylist will recommend how long you should wait between bleaching services.❤
Do I need a clear gloss?
Our clear gloss penetrates the hair strand leaving an amazing shine without using any color! The perfect top coat for any service. Lasts 2-4 weeks!❤
What’s the difference between a root touch-up and a single-process?
A root touch-up is one color on the root about 2 inches off the scalp around the entire head. A single-process color includes one color, root to ends. ❤
Why are your color prices “$XX.XX + up?”
We always want to give our clients an accurate expectation of how much their color service would cost based on the length and thickness of their hair. Our base prices are for any clients with short to medium length hair with an average thickness that the stylist can work with, without using extra product. ❤
Why do I need a color glaze after highlights or balayage?
Bleaching the hair will never give you your desired hair color. It is a MUST to close the cuticle after a bleaching service. A client should always plan on adding a color glaze to bleaching services so that you can achieve that pretty caramel or ashy blonde tone!❤
How can I prevent my hair from turning an unwanted color such as yellow or orange?
Coming in every 3-4 weeks and adding a color glaze to your blowout to tone out any unwanted hues would be the best option to keeping your color fresh, and free of unwanted colors poking through!❤
Why would my stylist say I need multiple sessions?
The integrity of one’s hair is always a top priority! If the stylist feels as though they can not achieve the color you were looking for in one session they may suggest coming back in a few weeks to do another session to get you to your perfect color! Remember, good things come to those who wait ❤
WE REQUIRE A CARD ON FILE TO BOOK A COLOR SERVICE, IF YOU BOOK ONLINE YOU WILL RECEIVE A CALL TO ADD A CARD ON FILE FOR THAT APPOINTMENT.
