If you need to change or cancel your appointment, it's easy to do so by calling us at 732-658-6677. You may cancel up to 2 hours of appointment time with no penalty. Canceling within a 2-hour time frame of your appointment will result in a charge of 50% of your services booked. Arrival after 10 minutes of your original appointment time will be considered a "no show" and will result in a charge of 50% of your services booked. Including all COVID-related situations.
